Delete Account

Effective date: 20.04.2026.

CarRadar respects your right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page describes the two ways you can do that and what happens to your data afterwards.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Sign in to carradar.app.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the user menu.
Select Manage account.
Open the Security tab.
Scroll to Delete account and click the button.
Type the confirmation phrase Delete account (or Obriši nalog if the interface is in Serbian), then confirm.

Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and your account will no longer be accessible.

Option 2 — Delete by email

Send an email from the address associated with your CarRadar account to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable data-protection law.

What gets deleted

Your account identity (email address, username, password hash, and social-login identifiers managed via our authentication provider, Clerk).
Your saved searches and watched listings.
Your notification preferences.
Your token balance and token-usage history.

What we retain

Aggregated / anonymized usage metrics that are no longer linked to you as an individual — used to understand how the platform is used in general.
Records we are legally required to keep for a statutory period, such as billing records for any tokens you previously purchased. This retention is required by Serbian law and is described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
