CarRadar (carradar.app) respects your privacy. CarRadar is a market intelligence platform that analyzes used-car listing data obtained through third-party data providers and authorized channels, and provides deep analytical insights. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Note: The listing data CarRadar processes (vehicle prices, descriptions, and related metadata) is listing data received from third-party data providers and does not constitute personal data. This Privacy Policy concerns only the personal data of our users.

2.1 Data you provide directly

- Communications: If you contact us via email or a contact form, we retain the content of your messages and your contact details.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, searches performed, listings unlocked or tracked, token usage.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring URL.

2.3 Data we do not collect
CarRadar does not collect payment or financial information at this time. If paid services are introduced in the future, payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Providing the service: Creating and managing your account, tracking token usage, delivering analytics features.
- Improving the platform: Understanding how users interact with CarRadar to improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Communication: Sending service-related notifications (e.g., terms updates, account alerts). We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- Security: Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

CarRadar is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
