1. About CarRadar

CarRadar is a market intelligence platform for the used car market. We exclusively operate as a data analytics service: we analyze used-car listing data obtained through third-party data providers and authorized channels, process it through proprietary analytical models, and present users with deep market insights, including pricing trends, statistical analyses, scoring metrics, and predictive indicators.

CarRadar does not sell vehicles, does not act as a dealer or broker, does not facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, and does not provide vehicle appraisals or valuations. We are strictly a market intelligence and analytics tool. All data presented on the platform is processed through our proprietary algorithms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on CarRadar. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Browsing Without an Account

Certain features of CarRadar are accessible without creating an account. Browsing publicly available content on the platform does not require registration. However, advanced features, such as unlocking detailed analytics, tracking specific listings, and saving searches, require a registered account.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Tokens and Usage

Upon registration, each user receives a limited number of free tokens each month. Tokens unlock premium features such as a listing's full price history and analysis. Two kinds of tokens exist: subscription tokens, granted monthly by your plan (unused subscription tokens roll over per your plan's rollover window and are forfeited if you cancel or downgrade), and purchased tokens from one-off token packs, which never expire and are never taken away by plan changes.

Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform. We may change token pricing and which actions cost tokens with reasonable notice; changes never remove tokens you have already purchased.

6. Paid Plans, Billing and Renewal

CarRadar offers paid subscription plans (currently Hunter, Analyst and Fleet, billed monthly or yearly) and one-off token packs. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT; at checkout you may pay in your local currency.

Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record: it is the seller of record for the transaction, handles VAT/tax collection and remittance, and emails you a receipt/invoice after every charge.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price of your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Account > Wallet; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. For yearly plans we send a reminder email before renewal.

Plan changes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period at no extra charge.

Refunds and withdrawal. Your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and its limits for immediately delivered digital content, are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to access CarRadar without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, scoring models, or data processing methods used by CarRadar.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit CarRadar's data, analytics, or content without authorization.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent token limits or other restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, algorithms (including the High Pressure Score, HPS), analytical tools, and software on CarRadar are the intellectual property of CarRadar and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

Listing data displayed on CarRadar is obtained from third-party data providers. All rights in the original listing content remain with their respective sources.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CarRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data, market analytics, or any scores and metrics displayed on the platform.
• The availability of any particular listing on third-party marketplaces.
• The condition, legality, or quality of any vehicle referenced in aggregated listings.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

CarRadar's analytics, including the High Pressure Score (HPS) and related metrics, are algorithmic estimates based on third-party listing data. They are not appraisals, valuations, or guarantees of any vehicle's actual market value. Our scores and analyses reflect statistical patterns in aggregated listing data and should be used as one of many inputs in your decision-making process. Users should independently verify all information before making purchasing or selling decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, CarRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on our data or analytics.

11. Third-Party Links and Data Sources

CarRadar's analytical models ingest listing data sourced from third-party data providers under authorized arrangements. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with any specific marketplace unless explicitly stated.

CarRadar may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users. You can delete your account yourself at any time via the Delete account page; deletion follows a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can change your mind, and any active paid subscription is cancelled. 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of CarRadar after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of CarRadar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.

15. Vehicle Analytics API

This section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms if we issue you an API key for the Vehicle Analytics API. Where this section conflicts with another section, this section governs for your use of the API. The technical documentation is at carradar.app/docs.

Access and keys. API keys are issued individually and are personal to your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all use made of it, including use by anyone you give it to and by any AI assistant or connector you attach it to. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if a key is exposed, and we will revoke it and issue a replacement. API access is priced separately from our subscription plans and does not require one.

Billing. Each vehicle in a request counts as one billable request. This includes vehicles that resolve to a comparison group another vehicle in the same request already used, and repeated requests for a vehicle you have submitted before, because each one is computed and answered. Retrieving a result that has already been computed, and checking your usage, are free. Requests rejected for invalid input are not charged. On a monthly allowance, requests beyond the allowance are refused rather than billed as overage; on pay as you go there is no ceiling and you are invoiced for what you use. Consumed requests are not refundable, as the analytics are delivered on consumption.

What you may do with the results. Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the analytics we return for your own internal business purposes, including pricing your own stock, valuing vehicles, and displaying figures derived from them to your own customers and staff.

What you may not do. You may not, directly or through any third party:

• Compile, store or reconstruct a listing database, or any substantial part of one, from API responses, whether in one request or by accumulating many over time.
• Resell, sublicense, syndicate or otherwise redistribute the analytics or any underlying listing data as a standalone product, feed or dataset, or use them to build or train a competing market intelligence or vehicle pricing service.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the caps on how many individual listings a response returns, the rate limits, or the per-request accounting, including by splitting requests for that purpose or by using multiple keys to obtain more listings for the same query.
• Use the API to train a machine learning model on our analytics or on listing data obtained through it, other than models used solely inside your own business and not made available to others.
• Present the analytics as your own proprietary data to a third party in a way that implies you produced them, or strip attribution where we have asked for it in writing.

Every API response deliberately caps the number of individual listings it returns. Those caps are a contractual limit as well as a technical one, and defeating them is a breach of these Terms whether or not it is technically possible.

Fair use and availability. Rate limits and batch sizes are published in the documentation and may change with reasonable notice. We may throttle, suspend or revoke a key without notice if its use threatens the stability of the service for other users, or if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this section. The API is provided on the same "as is" basis as the rest of the platform: the disclaimer in section 9 and the liability limit in section 10 apply in full, and we do not commit to a service level unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Data you send us. You are responsible for the vehicle data you submit and for having the right to submit it. Do not send personal data through the API: use your own internal stock reference rather than a customer name, telephone number, registration plate, or a vehicle identification number linked to an identifiable owner. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination. Either of us may end API access at any time. On termination your key stops working, any unused monthly allowance lapses, and the licence above ends, except that you may keep and continue to use analytics already delivered to you for your own internal business purposes.
